Bruce Clark, the Founder, owns The Muskoka Store that he started at age 24. The Muskoka Store has won many awards including Retail Council of Canada's "Most Innovative Retailer of the Year Award". Bruce started his career at IBM, NCR and Canada Systems Group while creating The Muskoka Store and other businesses. Bruce has been involved in the retail industry for most of his life and consults with large retailers.

Bruce’s gift is vision, tenacity, inspiration and selecting the right people to execute with autonomy and visionary leadership. Bruce has immense passion and drive with an in-depth understanding of retail and the opportunities for innovative change.

Scott Northmore

Scott’s career in technology provides him with the ability to comfortably design and build the rBux platform with the support of the team he has assembled. Scott is an industry veteran with over 35 years’ experience at all levels of software development. Scott led the design and development of many software packages with Delrina (WinFax), Echolake, and Cyberjack. He also had a leading roll in MGI’s PhotoSuite and Videowave (digital camera software), and with MuskokaTech (an independent Mobile App Developer), and the PathAway Outdoor GPS Mobile App.

Scott has excellent interpersonal skills and the experience of leading teams of over 50 technology developers. Scott creates nothing but world-class finished products, whether he writes them himself or has a team working with him. Scott grew up in Bracebridge and worked for Delrina in the 90s, as Delrina went from start-up to being acquired seven years later by Symantec for $415 Million.

Scott has been involved in three major industry shifts throughout his career (some would say he impacted these shifts personally): printing, digital cameras and GPS. Now Scott is leading the evolution of commerce into social and collaborative commerce.

Scott is the CTO for two main reasons: one, he is a seasoned developer and incredibly skilled; and two, he has had a personal 20-year relationship with Bruce. During the 20 years Scott has had the opportunity to followed the development of Bruce’s vision as it has evolved from a product placement platform to a fully integrated social collaborative commerce, digital marketing & financial services platform.

Scott believes rBux has enormous potential and will provide the monetization infrastructure for the evolution into social and collaborative commerce.

Blake Cronyn

Blake is a 27-year-old self-starter. After graduating from University of Western in English, Blake honed his programming skills, started his own business and became a technology entrepreneur. rBux harnessed Blake’s expertise in English by having him write the first book on Referral Commerce; this book is part of rBux strategic marketing plan, which also includes speaking engagements and media opportunities.

Blake is a natural leader and capable of leading rBux into the future of Social and Collaborative Commerce. Blake’s solid understanding of the rBux vision, the underlying technology and the world of Social and Collaborative Commerce, enables him to be our leader. Blake is 27, and as a millennial offers reverse-mentorship to his co-workers, providing the millennial’s perspective on the market.

Blake is incredibly driven; he is an ironman, has run six marathons, has a Guinness World Record, has biked across Europe for charity and placed 2nd in a software development contest hosted by Facebook and Airbnb.

Kate Kozak

Kate Kozak is the CMO for rBux. She has many years’ experience with high technology start-ups. Her experience covers the fields of e-Commerce, Database Management, Interactive Gaming, Financial Processing, Interactive Marketing and Online Advertising. Kate has been active in the eCommerce field for over fifteen years and has lived abroad in both Los Angeles, California and San Jose, Costa Rica, setting up and executing eCommerce programs.

Kate graduated Carleton University, Bachelor of Arts, double major in Law and Psychology, and Internet Marketing, University of British Columbia.

Kate is responsible for creating marketing strategies that will rapidly scale rBux through clean messaging, unique strategic relationship marketing and a branding strategy that will define the rBux position within Collaborative Commerce.
